Testonica is celebrating the AST SpaceMobile's success! We helped the AST team to build the test setup for the BlueWalker 3 electronics and were very happy to learn that the satellite is alive in orbit! 

 

AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices aiming to deploy approximately 100 satellites to achieve substantial global mobile coverage.

 

BlueWalker 3 is a low Earth orbiting satellite, which is designed to communicate directly with cellular devices via 3GPP standard frequencies and has an aperture of approx. 64 sq.m.
